Privacy Policy

Seven Lively Kids LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our users
("users" or "you"), especially children. We create educational apps designed to be safe, transparent,
and fun.
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications we publish (our "Apps"),
including titles such as Pop-A-Word, Frog on a Log, and Fox in a Box. The sections below first describe
practices that apply generally to our Apps; then,
app-specific sections describe additional details for named titles.
1. General: Our Privacy Practices
We take a "privacy-first" approach. We do not operate our own login service or cloud database in our
children’s Apps to collect personally identifiable information (PII) from children or parents for our
own marketing.

No Personal Account Required: You do not need to create an account, provide an
email address, or enter a phone number to use our Apps.

No Location Tracking: Our Apps do not request access to your precise geographic
location for gameplay.

No Third-Party Advertising: Our Apps do not display third-party advertisements.
2. General: Data Stored on Your Device
Our Apps typically save progress and settings locally on your device using the
operating system’s normal app storage (for example preferences or small databases). Examples include
game progress, unlocked items, display preferences, and optional content adults enter (see Section 3).
We do not upload that app-stored data to Seven Lively Kids–operated servers. Your device or store
account may back up app data according to your own settings (for example encrypted backup)—that is
outside our direct control.
3. General: User-Generated Content
Some of our Apps allow parents or educators to enter custom text (such as spelling lists or sight
words).

Local Storage Only: This content is stored on your device using your device’s
internal memory.

No Cloud Sync by Us: We do not operate a companion service in these Apps to upload
your lists to our servers for our review.

Deletion: You can remove content where the App allows, or uninstall the App / clear
app data in device settings.
4. General: In-App Purchases
Our Apps may offer optional "Premium" or full-version upgrades via In-App Purchases (IAP).

Payment Processing: Financial transactions are handled by the Google Play Store
(Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).

Data Security: Seven Lively Kids LLC does not receive or store your credit card
number, bank details, or billing address. We receive a
non-identifying confirmation from the store so we can unlock features on your
device.

Restore purchases: Your app store may allow an App to check whether you already own
a purchase (for example after reinstalling or on a new device with the same store account). We do
not receive your payment credentials through that process.
5. General: Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
Our Apps are designed with children and families in mind. We aim to comply with the Children’s Online
Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for our own marketing or
profiling through these Apps.

If we discover that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child under 13 in
a way not permitted by law, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Sensitive actions (such as purchases or destructive resets) are generally protected by a
parental gate (for example a short math problem) so adults—not young
children—trigger those flows. Specifics may vary by App; see app-specific sections below.
6. General: Third-Party Services
We rely on standard platform services to distribute our Apps and process purchases. We do not embed
third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs in our children’s Apps as a general rule. App
stores may provide developers aggregate, non-identifying statistics in developer consoles.
- Google Play (Android): Distribution and in-app billing.
- Apple App Store (iOS): Distribution and in-app purchases.

Where an App loads fonts or other assets from Google (for example Google Fonts),
those requests are subject to
Google’s Privacy Policy; see app-specific sections when applicable.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and
update the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

8. Pop-A-Word
Pop-A-Word is a sight-word balloon game with optional stickers and an optional Premium
unlock. It stores the following on your device (standard app storage), among other things:

Word lists and display: Sight words used in play (including custom words parents
add) and whether words appear in uppercase.
- Practice hints: Mistake counts used to weight word selection for practice.

Stickers: Number of stickers unlocked and positions of stickers in the optional
sticker scene.
- Premium: Whether an optional Premium purchase is active on this installation.
Current score, level, and streak during a session are used in memory for gameplay and are not described
here as sent to our servers.
Pop-A-Word also uses:

Text-to-speech: Your device’s built-in speech engine for prompts. We do not use
this feature to record microphone audio.
- Sound effects: Bundled in the app.

Fonts: Balloon text may load the Andika font via Google Fonts when first needed;
see Section 6 and
Google’s Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases and resetting saved sticker/progress data (where available) are behind a parental gate
using a short math problem.
9. Fox in a Box
Fox in a Box stores the following data locally on your device to save your child's
progress:
- Game progress: Current level, score, and streak count
- Sticker collection: Number of stickers unlocked
- Premium status: Whether the Full Version has been purchased
This data is stored using your device's internal storage only. We do not upload, transmit, or share this
data with any external servers.
Fox in a Box also uses the following on-device features:

Text-to-speech: Word pronunciation and sentence playback use your device's built-in
speech engine. No audio data is recorded or transmitted.

Sound effects: All audio files are bundled locally within the app. No audio is
streamed or collected.
