Seven Lively Kids LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our users ("users" or "you"), especially children. We create educational apps designed to be safe, transparent, and fun.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our mobile applications (our "Apps"), including Pop-A-Word and Frog on a Log.

We take a "privacy-first" approach. We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) from children or parents.

• No Personal Account Required: You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or enter a phone number to use our Apps.
• No Location Tracking: We do not request, collect, or store your geographic location data.
• No Advertising: Our Apps do not display third-party advertisements.

2. User-Generated Content

Some of our Apps (like Pop-A-Word) allow parents to enter custom text (such as spelling lists or sight words) into the App.

• Local Storage Only: This data is stored strictly on your device using your device's internal memory.
• No Cloud Sync: We do not upload this content to any external servers, and we cannot view or access the words you enter.
• Deletion: If you uninstall the App or clear the App's data in your device settings, this user-generated content will be permanently deleted.

3. In-App Purchases

Our Apps may offer optional "Premium" upgrades via In-App Purchases (IAP).

• Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled directly by the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS).
• Data Security: Seven Lively Kids LLC never receives or stores your credit card information, bank details, or billing address. We only receive a cryptic confirmation token from the App Store indicating whether a purchase was successful so we can unlock the feature.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our Apps are designed for children under the age of 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• If we discover that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
• Any links to external sites (such as our website or support pages) or In-App Purchases are secured behind a "Parental Gate" (a math challenge or age verification) to ensure only adults can access them.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to ensure our App functions correctly. These services may collect non-personal, anonymous usage data (e.g., crash reports or technical performance data) to help us fix bugs.
